We are still relatively small even with the addition of larger "streamer" packs. Sorry for the long post, hopefully that makes sense, I might have just started rambling there at the end. It's a constant learning curve on what people want and don't want, so we cannot always get everything right, but we try to get things right when we can.ĪTLauncher doesn't sell tshirts and hoodies though, I'll leave that up to you to decide if that's a good or a bad thing.
We're constantly adding in new features to the Launcher and for pack admins all the time. Our system is very powerful for pack admins to get what they want done. We're not all about numbers, as long as people are playing and enjoying the packs on the Launcher then it's all good by us. As soon as FTB updates to 1.6 I expect to see some decline in new users, but that doesn't bother us. I think alot of people have come to us because we support 1.6 and FTB doesn't. Our Launcher is more for the community and to have people's packs put into the spotlight and be available to all. We don't make any packs officially and never will. ATLauncher works for everyone else, getting packs to people who want them. Whenever someone asks me if we're competing with FTB I always bring up the following:įTB is a Launcher and team that works for themselves and their own team's packs. We didn't make ATLauncher to compete with anyone, our Launcher was made about a year and a half ago before the FTB Launcher existed publically, and we have always had differing goals to FTB. I don't believe ATLauncher is replacing FTB, dear god no. I am one of the ATLauncher Admin's and creators.
